Greetings! An Issue has been reported about the system timing out in mid-session, this might be of concern during long log in sessions. We will be adding a time out warning today, but please be sure to save your work periodically.

Tobacco - Problem ID and Referral IP Getting Started: This document is designed to provide some guidance to the state of GA ASAPP Providers on how to build the “Tobacco Intervention” IP on ECCO. As always, please make sure that your RPS has approved your intervention prior to building your IP profile. If you still have questions after reviewing this document, please submit an ECCO and/or contact your RPS. **If you have already created a Tobacco Implementation Plan, please delete and complete a new one following the steps below. Setting up your IP on ECCO: (These instructions are only for Tobacco-Problem ID and Referral) There is now an IP and evaluation process form set just for the “Tobacco Intervention” that better meets the specific requirements of the Tobacco Intervention. To build your IP profile for the new “Tobacco Intervention” complete the following steps: 1. Log-on to your ECCO account 2. Click the Plan and Report Dashboard (on the left side of the screen) 3. Click Create/Edit Intervention Profile 4. Create a new Intervention Profile and fill out information about your approved Tobacco Brief Intervention in Part A 5. For Part B, skip Questions 2 and 3 and go directly to Question 4 (Intervention Type) and select Tobacco - Problem ID and Referral. Once this intervention type is selected, the other questions will auto-select, and you don’t have to change them. 6. Click save. Done.

At this point, we have concluded our Ecco-MDS Training with all regions. I have listed links to the Ecco-Manual and instructional videos for your reference. From here on we will refer to the new MDS as Ecco-MDS. Entering into Ecco-MDS Roll-Out Testing: To ensure the system is accurately capturing data in a manner that aligns with SAMSHA reporting requirements, we will be running both reporting systems at the same time until March 2018. During this time providers must enter data into both systems (“old” MDS and Ecco-MDS). This will help us ensure the accuracy of the data collected. Imported Rules for Entering Ecco-MDS Data: 1. You must have approved IPs that are correctly categorized (IP - Part B, Question 4) (If there is any question about this contact your RPS) 2. Don’t duplicate records 3. Only enter into sections that you have data for. You do not have to open other sections you don’t have data for. 4. The system has auto hold, but please click save for entries. As of 12.18.2017 Prospectus Tech team has completed the installation of Ecco 6.0. Ecco 6.0 includes visual and functional upgrades and changes. I have listed the updated items below. Tips to ensure you have the best Ecco experience: 1. Refresh your browser and clear your browser history; this will ensure that all features work correctly. 2. Avoid using Chrome with Ecco. 3. Update your computer's software, especially your browser version 4. If you encounter any features that are not working, please email Morgan Crafts at morgan@progroup.us and CC mbouligny@progroup.us. ***Special note on Part E / Updating Progress (Work Bundles). We understand that some users are experiencing a mismatching of Work Bundles to action steps sets. Unfortunately, this occurred while updating to Ecco 6.0. We know this issue has affected a small number of Work Bundle-action step combinations. Please follow these steps to find and correct Work Bundles that might have been affected.*** 1. In the IP Planning Dashboard, click on Create/Edit Intervention Profile 2. Click on the magnifying glass icon to View and Edit IP 3. Select Part E 4. Review your Work Bundles and action steps. Take note of these that are mismatched (action steps that do not belong with a particular Work Bundle). 5. Correct by changing/editing the Work Bundle’s name. Make changes to one Work Bundle then save and check to make sure corrections were saved. Greetings! Ecco Survey is the newest feature added to the ECCO system. This tool will enable the state office and eventually, providers to develop and deploy online surveys through Ecco. This particular survey is for project PCs only. What do I need to do: Log into ECCO. In the left toolbar is a red flag on the new Survey icon. Click on this Survey icon (Note: the Survey node on the dashboard will stay grayed out, for now, so please use the left toolbar). You will see two survey boxes. Select the option, “State Systems Capacity (RTI) New.” Fill survey out and click Return. Thanks!

Hi everyone, there is a new change that has been made in ECCO In the Plan and Report dashboard. The IP profiles now have a unique identifier code. Previously, users had to put different letters and numbers in their IP profile names instead of having the same community name more than one time. With the unique code, the IP profiles are able to be differentiated in the system and will now allow the user to name them whatever they would like. This addition to the system will not change the flow of how the work is done, rather now the user will see a unique set of numbers next to the ip profile name. The unique code will only show on the IP dashboard in the contract years drop down, The PDF pull, The PDF downloads, The process evaluation tray, The process evaluation PDF, And all of the reports CSV files. Attached is the GASPS Sustainability Report template. We have added two versions. One version is in MS Word and the other, in PDF form. Feel free to use the format that fits best. You may use the provided spaces for your answers and if needed. Process and Due Dates: The Sustainability Report is required by all OBHPFG funded agencies per contract. This means that if your agency holds multiple contracts, you will need one report per contract, for multiple interventions. Please contact your RPS/Programmatic Manager if you have questions. The report is due to the RPS/Programmatic Manager by May 3, 2021 by COB. Suggested Sustainability Report Process: Report is to be filled by the Project Coordinator with input from CPAW or like group. Please ensure that the individuals that are providing input on the report are knowledgeable about the interventions and local prevention systems. Be sure to have access to your most recent evaluation report, as this report will help you focus on outcomes that have been realized from your work. This report has been developed in accordance with the national sustainability guidelines. However, if any part of the report questions does not pertain to your current interventions, please skip. Attention Ecco users: We are aware that the that the IP process forms are were not accessible for some time this morning. However, they are pulling correctly now. Our development team was in the process of adding the Suicide Prevention form set. This caused a short disruption in the pulling of IP reporting forms. Thanks for your understanding.

ATTN: PIPP Providers As PIPP is underway, we will be transitioning to the new ECCO system for Training & Technical Assistance ONLY. Any staff who may be reporting into ECCO will need to complete the onboarding process. Users may create accounts at http://ecco.gapip.pro-sps.com/index.php. Users will be assigned to their respective agency. ECCO will serve to provide Training & Technical Assistance only. You will NOT be creating new Implementation Plans (IPs) at this time. Upload supporting documents (logic models, strategic plans, needs assessment, etc.) into the Briefcase Dashboard. Please contact us or your RPS with any questions.
