The Report Dashboard is where providers can upload the Implementation Reports (IPs) on a monthly basis. This page also provides a location where managers, evaluators, and TTA staff can view and provide feedback to each submitted report. Please only upload the approved Implementation Excel Sheets (no other types of reports are uploaded to this page). Control Flags indicate that there is an instance of schedule variation in the report, between the projected start / projected end and the actual start and actual end dates.
